Job Description

This role is particularly exciting as progression can lead down many avenues and allows the right person to take their first steps into Human Resources. This brand-new role will involve getting stuck into multiple, if not all areas of the business. The person will work heavily alongside the HR and Accounts Manager.

Daily tasks may include but not limited to:

  • Credit Control
  • On boarding and Recruitment
  • Maintaining staff files, Maintaining Health and Safety Records
  • Updating staff Rota's Assisting with payroll and bookkeeping
  • General administrative duties
  • Obtaining quotes, scanning/photocopying and ordering office supplies
  • Organising staff 1-1 performance reviews (and much more!)
  • Do you have great communication skills
  • Drive and ambition - Willingness
  • Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint -
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage your workload
  • Ability to prioritise workload

The successful candidate:

  • Salary - £20,000 - £21,000
  • 28 days paid holiday
  • Training (both in house and external courses available)
