Managing complex and high risk employee relations issues.
Developing and delivering innovative HR policies and processes.
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally including with Trade Unions.
Supporting organisational change programmes including restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
Working with Learning and Development team to develop and deliver bespoke workshops.
Taking the leading on specific HR projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of managing complex employee relations issues including restructures and TUPE transfers. Experience of managing change programmes needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally you will have worked with Trade Unions. You will need to have experience of coaching managers and managing HR projects.
