Job Description

The first is an 8A Project Manager with an HR Background and the second an 8A HR Business Partner.Firstly, an 8A Project Lead ideally with an HR background to help develop an HR Project Management Model under the guidance of the PMO team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

They are looking for somebody available for an immediate start and will be offering flexible working split between the site and WFH. The role is for an initial 10 weeks with the option to extend. The ideal candidate will have public sector experience and be Prince 2 trained to Practitioner or Agile level, will need to be flexible, innovative, with a track record of delivering projects. You will need to show the capacity for strategic thinking around the planning of projects. Secondly, an experienced HR Business Partner at 8A or possible 8B level (depending on experience) ideally with previous NHS experience, although other backgrounds may be considered. This role is for an initial 3 to 6 months, again with an option to extend further. The ideal candidate MUST have experience with consultations and reorganisations. You will have excellent planning skills and will need to show the ability to prioritise accordingly.
