ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / BOOKKEEPER:
An International well-known Retail and Wholesale fashion company in Central London is searching an ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / BOOKKEEPER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process General Ledger postings
• Process Retail income postings
• Processing of regular supplier payment runs
• Maintenance of purchase ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records at all time
• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Liaising with other departments and managing expectations
• Data collection for monthly payroll
• Ad hoc analysis and resolution of accounting queries
• Dealing with day to day queries, internal and external

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Accuracy with accounting and strong numeric skills
• Good knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Strong Excel skills
