Job Description

You will work closely with Management and the Senior HR Business Partner within operational retail to develop and implement HR solutions aligned to business strategy and people plan.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrable experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or generalist. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualified or relevant qualification within specialist area. Strong presentation, influencing and coaching skills with exceptional stakeholder management Team player with collaborative approach Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection, and assessment techniques Confidence and effective interpersonal skills to be able to engage active candidates and approach passive candidates Highly organised with effective time management
