To oversee the smooth day to day running of the lettings department

• Staff management.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of legislation in lettings & AST management
• To generate new business and retain the clients that we have by ensuring that we offer a good and efficient service.
• To represent and promote the firm as a whole throughout the area.

• To create and maintain a good team and to ensure the staff are well trained in all aspects of lettings law & practice.
