Job Description

• Report to the two Founders and act as a no.1 in Finance, responsible for the Group's accounting and finance function
• Day-to-day oversight of operational finance matters (payroll, banking, etc) for the 6 companies within the Group
• Ensuring an effective control environment
• Implement effective reporting systems and data presentation ensuring a good level of automation business wide.
• Build and manage financial budget, planning and forecast models.
• Develop organisation-wide KPIs specific to each team
• Design reports for management, shareholders or other third parties.
• Report and feedback to CEO/Board of Directors of the financial performance of the business.
• Recruit, develop and manage future talent in the finance team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

MUST BE ABLE TO START BEFORE MARCH 2021 ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Previous experience as a Head of Finance for min 5 years, in a creative industry and/or at a fast growing/VC-Backed or owner managed start-up Experience of working with different accounting systems. Sound foundations in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. Experience in building teams and track record of people management.
