Responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to;
• Support Talent Director to define the Talent Management and Colleague Experience roadmap
• Hold accountability for the development and implementation of engagement strategies and work in partnership with HRBPs to establish effective delivery approaches
• Partner with the Senior Communications Manager to ensure a coordinated approach to comms strategies
• Develop career pathways, job family tools, culture and L&D strategies to support colleague career development
• Implement and deliver group wide engagement surveys
• Develop a feedback and insights strategy to continually monitor colleague experience
• Ensure that systems and data are aligned, benefits realised, and risks managed
The successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge;
• Prior experience acting as Talent Manager / a deep subject matter expert in Talent Management, Colleague Engagement, Colleague Experience, L&D and best practice
• Demonstrate an ability to manage complex problems and develop solutions across a wide range of talent management topics
• Data analytics and insights and systems expertise
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in delivering operational and cost efficiencies with the ability to manage budgets and negotiations
• Man-management experience is desirable
• Strong relationship management
