The Part time HR Assistant will work 5 days per week on shorter hours, on a contract basis. The HR Assistant will be involved in a full generalist position, dealing with the full recruitment process, organising new starter paperwork, gaining new starter references, right to work documents and writing and sending out of contracts, processing leaver paperwork and updating payroll with any changes.
The HR Assistant will also assist with booking training courses, utilising external providers and liaising with line managers to get this arranged. The HR Assistant will be involved in updating company procedures, embedding HR policies and working closely with the HR Manager to assist with any other ad hoc HR administration requirements.
This is a great role for someone with HR knowledge looking for a part time role who is ideally immediately available or interested in a contract position and can start within short notice.
