Reporting in to the HR Director, this role will incorporate a mix of L&D programme implementation alongside project management.

Key accountabilities include:

• Leadership Development
• Early Careers - Apprenticeship Levy, Graduate Programme and Gov't Kick-Start
• Management of corporate LMS
• Ownership of delivery of L&D initiatives, in-house and 3rd party

We are looking for an immediately available L&D Manager who has worked across a Global scale.
