This role is one of two People Change Managers, and will be responsible for leading the High Performance Culture change activities, which includes the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the development of a new data and business Insight approach. You will be responsible for leading on the development and implementation of change strategies and activities with a team of change resources to enable and support the delivery of OD transformational change across the council.
You will be accountable for the day to day management of the People Change team - High Performance Culture, managing their performance and work demands.
About you
With a CIPD or equivalent professional qualification, you will be resilient and a problem solver.
You will have experience of leading and managing a team and be able to demonstrate experience of building working relationships with stakeholders.
