Perform a training needs analysis aligned to organisational personas
Develop a training program based on the training needs outputs of the relevant teams
Developing appropriate mix of formal and informal training and development activities based on learner needs and learning styles
Planning and scheduling the training (working with the Business Change Lead)
Deliver effective training to users/groups, utilising e-learning support and virtual classrooms
Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programmes and making suggestions for improvements
Overseeing system specific trainers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong grasp of both iTrent and Advanced E5 products Public sector experience, ideally Local Government Must be able to build training plans based that meet the needs of the organisation that are innovative and adapted to e-learning Ability to create high quality user documentation Prior experience of delivering large training programmes such as the introduction of new HR/Payroll systems Ability to show benefits and new ways of working using iTrent and Advanced E5 Desirable to have previously delivered a training programme remotely through e-learning
