Job Title : Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
Reporting to: Office Manager and Finance Manager
Our client is an institutional currency manager based in central London which offers an extensive range of currency solutions to meet the requirements of investors globally.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Administrator/Bookkeeper.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with an enthusiasm for administration, book keeping and client service. You will be working in a busy and fun environment. This role will involve supporting an Office Manager and Finance Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administration
Responsible for the day to day running of the office and the working needs of members of staff
Purchasing supplies i.e Order in advance food/drinks and stationary and unpack orders received
Facilities planning and maintenance support services
Meeting and greeting guests and answering the telephone
Distributing post and ordering couriers
Production of marketing materials i.e. printing, binding, merge lists – bulk printing and binding
Fire officer and first aid officer for the office
Organising social events
Filing and storage of office documents
Personal Assistant to the management team (Organising travel, Agenda Planning, Expense claims)
Meeting room management
Administering benefit schemes (childcare vouchers, bike to work, healthcare, season ticket loans)
Service provider due diligence visits (document archiving and shredding services)
Ad hoc duties
Bookkeeping
Manage, record and reconcile the petty cash (includes ordering travel currency)
Payment and production of invoices and employee expenses
Bookkeeping using sage accounting software
Qualifications and Skills
You will have some experience of accounting software such as Sage 50, Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
You will be able to multi-task and have a good eye for detail.
You will have experience of working in an office based environment, have an excellent telephone manner and good spoken and written English.
