Job Description

• Leading our people team presence in Leeds, alongside our Recruitment, Office & Culture Manager, Leeds is our largest office and you will be the first point of contact for any people related queries here

• Partnering with people managers from across the business to provide support and guidance on all people related matters

• Provide coaching and mentoring to people managers

• Working closely with heads of departments to deliver on large strategic projects such as career progression frameworks and internal mobility

• Standardising processes across two business units that deliver real impact to our people and bring us closer together

This is a full time role at 37 hours per week, at a rate of £16,52 per hour until the end of March
