Job Description

Our client is a large public sector organization that has a direct impact on every person in Wales.

Due to excessive workloads, my client requires a qualified Accountant of Internal Auditor help get through their busy Audit plan.

Working as part of a well-established team, you will complete end to end audits as per the Audit plan.

You will plan, organize and complete your allocated audits whilst reporting to the Head of Internal Audit. You will be expected to work with some autonomy and be able to work to a high standard.

The majority of the Audits will be Financial or governance based, but not restricted exclusively to that.

What's on Offer?

• An initial 6 month assignment.
• Salary up to £27 ph paye or £35ph through an umbrella company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Seasoned Internal Auditor, ideally with Public Sector experience. Ideally you will hold a CCAB qualification or IIA. It would be advantageous if you had Disclosure Scotland clearance. You will be able to work as part of a team and on your own to a very high standard.
