You will scope, design and implement the UK reward strategy. You will ensure the reward plans and initiatives align with strategy and People & culture plan and meet regulatory requirements and, you will oversee the delivery of insightful people and culture management information that can help drive the people and culture strategy.
This role includes responsibility for developing, modelling and managing complex incentive plans and making recommendations. Conduct levelling for internal salary bands and take a lead role in embedding a band framework that aligns to future reward structures and complete annual internal and external benchmarking and produce analysis for any recommendations.
