The Role

This will be a broad and hybrid Group Accountant role with the following key responsibilities:

• Annual Financial Reporting: ownership of consolidated reporting as well as preparation of subsidiary accounts. Tax filings. Liaising with auditors.
• Management Reporting: ownership of the month end process. Month end pack preparation. Monthly shareholder reporting.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: preparation and oversight of group budget/forecasting. Business performance analysis and review. Tax analysis. Cash flow forecasting. Ad hoc analysis as required.
• Processes & Controls: assist with continuous development of best practice process and controls

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) Strong technical accounting background (IFRS/FRS102) Good understanding of Tax requirements Media/Film/TV background desirable Proven background in managing senior stakeholder relationships Able to commute to Central London (as/when offices reopen)
