Job Description

Role

We require an all round IT support professional, able to manage internal applications and 3rd party providers responsible for escalated IT services. You will be proactive in advising on solutions that will better service the business, and work with IT users to train and use IT applications. You will have a general awareness of IT systems including MS Office, HR & Payroll and Finance. You will hold experience managing IT infrastructure projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Self starter and able to multi task * Breadth of understanding of IT support, Windows Infrastructure and MS applications * Project Management * Excellent relationship building skills
