Senior Tax Accountant - BIRMINGHAM B15

Our client is proud to be partnered with a client of ours in a well established firm of Chartered Accountants in their search for a well experienced Tax Senior, to join their ever growing and dynamitc team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a practice professional with experience working with personal & corporate tax. The individual will have a forward thinking attitude and a desire to learn and develop further.

Key Role responsibilities:

• Working in the People Advisory Services Team
• Personal Tax
• IR35
• Global Mobility
• Reward
• Compliance work on both personal and corportate tax
• Preparation of Accounts
• Preparation and completion of Corporation Tax and Personal Tax computations
• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
• Supporting the partners
• Managing workload in order to meet deadlines

Candidates requirements:

• Previous Accountancy Practice experience
• Strong experience in using SAGE LINE 50 & XERO
• Experience maintaining a portfolio of payroll clients
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ideally studying or completed AAT / ACCA
