Job Description

Our clients have been exclusively engaged to recruit a talented Management Accountant for an ambitious private equity backed SME. As the Management Accountant you will play a key role in the growth of the business by supporting the senior management team in a number of areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Supporting the Budget and forecasting process
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Dealing with Internal & External auditors
- Drive continuous improvement
- Systems management and business process review and improvement
- Provision of adhoc financial analysis as required

My client is seeking a hands on candidate who has ideally worked previously in an SME environment. You will have strong management accounting experience and will have experience of driving process improvement.
