Working as part of an established HR team – and reporting to the HR Manager – you will be instrumental in providing a proactive, value-added generalist HR service to a diverse internal customer base of close to 1,000 colleagues.
Due to the needs of the business, you will be a lead on two key aspects of HR:
ER Case Management – dealing with and coaching managers on issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, conduct and capability; maintaining HR policies and processes around ER; looking at ways to reduce the number of ER cases in terms of delivering a proactive service.
AND
Engagement – leading on engagement activities across the business where there is currently very little in place.
