Job Description

· Approve and confirm visual and measurement specifications of incoming materials, first-offs, and finished products, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials, returning any products for re-work whilst communicating with all management levels.

· Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, inputting data into quality database.

· Carry out PDI checks on finished products and Cross hatch testing on painted parts

· Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

Preferred:

· IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Certificate and/or experience of working in Manufacturing e.g. Automotive, Engineering

Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am to 16:15pm, 39 hours per week

Holidays: Scheduled Holiday Periods (shut down) published end of December
