Our client, a prestige global business, is looking to appoint a Customer Services Team Leader to join their developing cyber security team based at home initially with travel to the Swansea and London offices.
This role has arisen due to natural growth and will see the successful candidate act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries whilst managing and supporting a tightknit team of Customer Service Advisors.
You will be required to lead by example offering a world class level of support to internal and external customers whether via email or telephone, whilst remaining conscious of the demands of working with international customers. You will also play a core role in supporting and working with the international sales teams for admin and associated tasks.
You will be extremely ambitious and will be a brand ambassador for the organization. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with the cybersecurity industry or familiar.
The firm are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, and has the ability to demonstrate strong influencing and leadership skills.
