Job Description

The Financial Controller will be a key member of the Group Finance team working closely with the Executive board, leading the delivery of:

- consolidated group financial reporting under IFRS

- post acquisition accounting and integration across the group

- management accounting and robust financial control frameworks

- tax and treasury oversight

- systems and process implementation

- P&L oversight and commercial analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technically highly proficient accountant, likely ACA qualified, with strong IFRS experience Prior experience in a Group Function or large, multi jurisdictional region of an international group Acquisition accounting / M&A experience is particularly useful Very strong stakeholder management skills, used to presenting with confidence at board level Hands on approach, who can lead a small team Strong generalist with a commercial mindset - this could be a transitional role to a Commercial Finance Director Prior experience in a Private Equity backed environment or a business that has seen significant growth is desirable
