Providing first line advice on HR Policies & Procedures and Terms and Conditions of Employment including Annual Leave, Maternity & Paternity Leave, Flexible Working.
Providing advice and support to line managers at first stage sickness, conduct, capability and grievance investigation; including taking notes and assisting in the production of case and/or investigation reports.
Assisting the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering informal and formal training to stakeholders around HR practice and procedure, including coaching.
Advising managers on complex ER matters and supporting them through investigations in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Up to date knowledge of UK employment law Knowledge of the Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions Ability to prioritise and organise a large volume of work Experience leading on a range of employee relations issues Excellent written communication skills
