The Head of Finance will be responsible for the following:
Leading the finance function of a restaurant group operating in 5 different countries
Manage 5-6 people on the top of external relations
Preparation of management reports and review.
Preparation of Month end board pack on a Group level
Following up unit cash flows
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the stat accounts and deal with filing of those to related authorities
Balance Sheet management
Financial analysis with a risk and opportunistic view
Lead the preparation of the annual budget with the CEO
Business partnering with unit managers and the CEO
Business case analysis and support on new openings
Ad-hoc analysis and support to the senior management team, as required
Interacting with auditors and banks
Treasury management
Dealing with tax matters
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA Audit/practice experience Significant industry experience in the restaurant/retail/hospitality and catering sector International experience - reporting under IFRS Experience of working in a business unit or SME Experience of management accounts preparation
