Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individual's that will manage a team of Team Leaders and trade operatives in delivering the in-house planned investment team's future programmes. You will lead the team, ensuring a right first-time, customer orientated approach and embed a Health and Safety culture on every project.

We are looking for someone with experience and a proven track record in managing a multi-disciplined work force, who can react to the daily challenges this area of our business brings.

You will be responsible for budget reporting and managing annual budgets in excess of £8 million. You must be commercially aware and have demonstrable experience in managing internal teams or external contractors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for a strong, confident professional to join us; someone who will ensure that we continue to deliver an excellent service to our customers, through our internal investment team. We would expect you to have experience of direct management and development of colleagues within a property services or a contractor environment. You will be someone who has the ability to priorities workloads, achieve realistic targets, whilst maintaining all aspects of Health and Safety. You will have excellent interpersonal skills a skilled influencer and negotiator and have the ability to communicate effectively with both Internal and external stakeholders, customers and staff.
