Job Description

Liaise with mobile phone provider with regard to contracts and renewals obtaining the best deals
Liaise with suppliers in relation to:
Cleaning contracts/Property Maintenance/Waste Contracts
Stationary/Copier/Consumable supplies
IT hardware and Software issues
Handle all the deliveries for the company
Maintain the Car Fleet including:

• Deliveries
• Inspections
• Servicing
• Warranty issues/Breakdown cover
• Repairs
• Organise Hire cars
• Set up and Monitor Fuel Cards
• Ringo/Dartcharge/Congestion Charge
• Renew Insurance/Tax etc
• Deal with Insurance claims
