Job Description
- L&D- Carrying out needs analysis, capability assessments and competency framework with the vision of creating a coaching culture
- L&D- Using digital tools to design and deliver training
- L&D- Working with managers to identify and facilitate learning interventions globally and driving a culture of continuous professional development
- Early Careers- Management of current education and school programmes.
- Early Careers- Create and manage the Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern Programs
- Early Careers- Act as a STEM ambassador when reaching out to third parties (School/college/university)
- Early Careers- Manage L&D budget and provide analytics and board reporting
- Early Careers- Collaborate and support the wider HR team on various projects
Profile
- Proven ability to design and deliver training, especially e-learning platforms
- Ability to deliver training to diverse populations across multiple countries
- Experience managing Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern Programs
- Experience of working in an industrial and unionised environment is beneficial
- A resilient and results driven team worker
- CIPD level L&D qualification is desirable
