A well established and leading organization based in the Cardiff city Centre area is looking for a full time enthusiastic Customer Service Administration Assistant, who can build a rapport with customers whilst also being able to deal with demanding situations. Your duties will include:
Processing service orders requests
Constant customer liaison for resolution of customer issues
Advising customers on products and building strong working relationships with customers along with the busy team you will be working in
Providing administration support.
If you have first class customer service skills coupled with the personality to build a rapport with customers this could be the perfect role for you.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work on his or her own or as part of a team. The ability to be organized and be able to manage time to achieve deadlines is essential along with a solid customer service background.
