As a Customer Service Supervisor with Jewson, you will:

• Oversee the customer service area and sales counter to achieve branch targets, as well as assisting in the effective running of the branch.
• Deal with customers on a day to day basis, on the counter and over the phone, building long term relationships.
• Ensure all sales orders are promptly processed to meet all our customers' needs.
• Manage and support a team of branch staff, ensuring that we deliver outstanding customer service.
• Carry out cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures.
• Keep up to date with your knowledge of products, technology and regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Have excellent customer service and sales experience, knowing what great service looks, sounds and feels like. Have experience within and product knowledge of the construction / builders merchants' industry. Can demonstrate experience of people management and excellent communication skills. Are a personable and excellent team player, with a warm and friendly nature. Possess the ability to multitask, priorities and work under pressure.
