Job Description

Our client a well-established and leading manufacturing company based in the Llantrisant area is looking for a full time enthusiastic Customer Service administration Assistant, who can build a rapport with customers whilst also being able to deal with demanding situations.
Your duties will include:

  • Processing service orders and pricing requests
  • Constant customer liaison for resolution of customer issues
  • Advising customers on products and building strong working relationships with customers along with the busy team you will be working in
  • Providing administration support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work on his or her own or as part of a team. The ability to be organized and be able to manage time to achieve deadlines is essential along with a solid customer service background.
