The HR Manager will take full responsibility for the HR Function and report directly to the Managing Director. The role will involve everything from recruiting our expanding team, to managing our performance management process, overseeing training, and leading our annual employee satisfaction survey. This is a true generalist role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate for this role has at least 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager or Director Strategic human resource management experience is preferred yet the role is certainly ‘hands on’. A dynamic individual who is keen for the role to develop as the business grows is essential Experience of recruiting and setting up teams in a multi-national context is desirable Broad generalist HR experience covering the whole employee lifecycle Experience working in the same (or similar) industry would be a distinct advantage
