Coordinate and manage payroll for UK, Spanish, Italian and Irish payrolls utilising QTAC and Cloud Pay platforms
Manage the set-up of payroll for further countries as the business grows
Ensure legal compliance and individual countries’ payroll rules are adhered to
Assist in the management of Annual Pay Review
Ensure correct payments, reports and returns are made to HMRC
Manage teams both onsite and remotely
Assist with the HR process of new appointments, terminations and other relevant matters
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have held a senior payroll position previously and ideally have experience of managing a payroll other than just UK. HR knowledge and experience is also advantageous.
