3 Month Rolling Contract – Potential to become a permanent role
A Financial Management Accountant is required to work on an initial 3 month contract that will become a rolling contract with the potential to become a permanent role.
As Financial Accountant, the successful applicant will be relied on to provide management account information and assist in the maintenance of financial accounting procedures.
The successful candidate will be numerate, organised and experienced in compiling reports, with an understanding of all aspects of finance and accounting procedures.
The skilled ability to use Excel and ACMA qualified is essential to this role.
Principal Duties:
- To assist in the maintenance of financial accounting procedures in line with company policies.
- The Financial Management Accountant will assist in the preparation of monthly management reports including but not limited to accounts receivables, accounts payables, accruals reporting, currency revaluations and balance sheet analysis.
- Play a pivotal role in month end duties.
- To assist in preparing VAT, CIS and other Tax returns.
- To prepare for review cash flow files.
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts.
- Support and reconcile inter-company transactions.
- The Financial Management Accountant will be able to calculate for review summaries of weekly currency requirement based on activity of the business.
- Where required compile other ad hoc analysis and summaries to management to assist in the efficient day to day running of the business.
- The Financial Management Accountant will prepare forecast and budgets.
- Ad-hoc treasury/ banking responsibilities.
