The bookkeeper/ Accounts Assistant will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of very interesting clients across:
Bookkeeping using Xero
Preparation of VAT returns
Providing support on payroll and other compliance issues including company secretarial when needed.
Working with the Tax team and providing support where appropriate.
The individual will report to the Accounts Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, bright and keen to get involved in the fun office environment. Preferable AAT part qualified or qualified, or even studying ACA/ ACCA. 1-3 years experience of working in an accountancy practice environment.
