You will be responsible for dealing with queries from staff, students, businesses and the general public both through face to face and over the telephone. You will also undertake routine administrative duties as required such as filing, photocopying and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favorably than applications submitted in English.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience of working in a reception/customer service environment and hold a relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent and GCSE Math and English qualifications (Grade A-C). Speaking and listening Welsh language skills at level 4 are essential for this post and you will be prepared to work flexibly where required.
