Job Description

We’re looking for positive and confident people with a flair for sales who can make sure our customers get the products and services that are right for them. As a careful listener and a quick thinker, you’ll know how to ask the right questions to build the perfect solution. A natural at conversation, you’ll do one of the most important jobs in our business; you’ll help us to delight our customers so they continue to enjoy our products and services for a long time to come.

To be successful we’ll make sure you have all the knowledge you need to deliver a brilliant customer experience. By focusing on Sales, Value or Loyalty, our Sales Advisors can understand our customers’ concerns more effectively, easily identify opportunities to maximize sales, and continue to secure their loyalty. Whether they’re calling customers to tell them about exciting new products and services, or taking calls from customers who want to upgrade or change their packages, they know how to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
