Job Description

As a busy Contact Centre Agent you will be a key part of a large team of people, who work across the County. Two days will never be the same – you will deal with a range of enquiries and requests for service by telephone and online. These can include requests for Council services, making appointments, giving advice on a range of applications and helping people to fill in forms online, arranging for information to be sent to customers, or being the first point of contact for People. We provide our services bilingually, so it is essential that you are able to communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh and English.

The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
