The Senior Customer Service Advisor role is a key role within the branch. You will build successful working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers delivering excellent customer service. You will play an integral part in building and developing sales. You will reach out to both existing and new customers introducing Jewson products and services to them. You will be proactive in your approach, striving to increase the customer base across the region.
Key day to day duties include:
Serving customers both face to face and over the phone, providing outstanding levels of customer service ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
Maximizing all customer relationships, taking a proactive approach by making them aware of the full range of Jewson products and services.
Realizing full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
Complete stock-take activities and maintaining appropriate housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment
