Leading a large change programme to support the implementation of a shared service centre, centralising a number of transactional processes including accounts payable and receivable and banking, the development of a business partner team and the implementation and embedding of new processes
The change will include the relocation of a number of functions from London to Bristol
Ensuring that they are maximising the functionality of newly introduced systems (finance, rostering and billing systems and a PO system) and that the supporting processes are as efficient as possible
Working across the business and liaising with stakeholders with a range of financial acumen and with differing and sometimes conflicting priorities
Working alongside the HR change implementation manager who is delivering a shared HR service centre
Working autonomously to deliver the change programme whilst liaising with the FD, the HR Director, the HR change manager and a process change manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of leading on large change programmes Ability to work remotely, independently and self-manage Experience of working with stakeholders with a range of financial acumen and with differing and sometimes conflicting priorities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Understanding and experience across different finance systems and be used to working with suppliers and IT in the introduction of new systems and ways of working
