Job Description

Set within a busy and growth oriented HR function, our client is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual who relishes change and sees opportunities to improve processes and build relationships, with clients both internally and externally. While a remote working start is anticipated to this role, it's likely to see a more flexible working pattern ensue once regulations and safety allows, including regular commuting to the City.

A relatively uncomplicated payroll process in terms of headcount volumes, it is one with the need for the applicant to have knowledge of bonus payments, flexible benefits, share scheme and other adjustments, previous experience is essential in such a key role for the business. Experience of running a busy payroll process on a sole charge basis would be preferable.

Our client is also seeking a candidate with experience from a multi-currency environment given the global nature of the business.

The wider HR ability, will then see the applicant assisting the HR Manager with administrative support duties, including contractual preparation, compliance, employee correspondence to name but a few of the duties.
