Some of your duties will include:
- Managing day to day running and administration of private medical centre
- Supervising Patient Experience Manager and team of reception and admin staff
- Overseeing on call Doctor rota, nursing teams and GP appointment schedules
- Managing HR process, planning staff resources and coordinating training requirements
- Working with the Finance Manager to ensure that patients are invoiced correctly
- Dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone and by email
