Job Description

- Supporting the Head of People on the procurement of a subscription based e-recruitment system
- Lead on the implementation and manager familiarisation of said e-recruitment system
- Co-ordinating and managing the delivery of a range of learning and development activities
- Close collaboration with the internal procurement team, and internal and external stakeholders when dealing with fast paced interim recruitment, or other internal recruitment activity.
- Adapting our corporate induction for virtual use, and arranging and coordinating this for new starters
- Working closely with our HR Business Partners providing both operational and strategic support


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Preferably a CIPD Qualification - L&D experience - Recruitment Experience - Experience working within a faced paced environment - Stakeholder management - Confidence within your own ability
