Job Description

You will be an integral part of the Finance & HR Systems management team, working with key figureheads across Finance, IT, and HR. This role will be pivotal in the business' digital transformation agenda and as such will be focused around the accuracy of data and quality of reporting, using various business intelligence tools. You will look to develop new reporting solutions, ensuring that data enables and enhances decision making across the group. You will also present analysis and commentary to the senior leadership team within the business, suggesting improvements and efficiencies as part of the group continuous improvement program.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As the right candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working with a large ERP system, with excellent knowledge of data management and reporting processes, including use of Business Intelligence tools. You will consider yourself to have an analytical mindset, with an ability to work and communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders of all levels, with experience of line management. You will also ideally have experience with using the Power Query suite with use of Power BI and have demonstrable experience of Agile methodology.
