Job Description

Duties:

1. Implementation of 'Lean’ manufacturing techniques to improve productivity & efficiency.
2. Assess current team leaders and identify whether they are right for the position.
3. Work to improve both discipline and culture of the shop floor.
4. Standardize each sections responsibilities for Production processes / Quality checks / Housekeeping and Resources responsibilities.
5. Organise overtime shifts to enable the business to improve monthly turnover and ease bottlenecks.
6. Expand the night shift
7. In time, help the General manager to implement a full ERP/ MRP computer system for the company.
