Job Description

The financial accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Production of management and statutory accounts and liaising with the auditors
• Preparation of annual financial budgets
• Production of quarterly management accounts
• Financial reconciliation of stock across the group
• Production of monthly income forecasts
• Monthly reconciliations such as Debtor and Creditor reports
• Preparation of subsidiary VAT returns
• Review the work of the trainee accountant and accounts assistant.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified Strong technical accounting background (ideal through audit experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Excellent excel skills
