Proactively advise and coach clients to successfully manage their employment issues, via phone, online and face to face
Effectively managing client risk through analysis of potential solutions
Develop employment contracts, policies and any related process documentation
Effective use of HR KPI’s to inform and support decisions which impact business performance
Manage own case load within client budget and scope
Producing written documentation and audit trails as required
Coaching colleagues on technical skills and behavioural development
Contribute to Company’s growth wherever possible through improving processes, highlighting potential opportunities for expansion and assisting with the integration of new clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
MCIPD qualified (or minimum level 7) with considerable experience in similar role i.e. HR Consultant, HR Manager, HR Business Partner (either in a consultancy or in-house). You will demonstrate a wealth of employment law knowledge, in addition to its application in a commercial environment. You will pride yourself on building excellent working relationships with business owners and their teams, delivering a true partnership service.
