Within this role, you will be responsible for
- Liaising with benefits providers to renew contracts
- Working closely with HR to enrol all new starters onto the benefits plan
- Dealing with any enquiries about employee benefits and updating details
- Coordinating the salary exchange scheme
- Supporting recruitment with job and salary benchmarking in line with the current market
- Calculating employee bonus and annual salary reviews
While you will part of a supportive HR team and reporting in to HR Manager, you must be able to work independently and manage your own workload, as well as being a team player when they need ad hoc administrative support within HR. Having prior experience in benefits is essential to be successful in this role.
