Manage the accurate compilation of financial accounting information
To ensure accounting information adheres to standard accounting policies and legislation
Ensure accurate recording of the Company's balance sheet and profit and loss account
Prepare statutory accounts
Staff management including the ongoing support and development of junior members of staff
Drive process improvements and develop best practice procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hold a fully recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Has 2+ years experience in a similar, financial accounting role Have experience of working in a large business environment Have a good working knowledge of accounting standards, policies and procedures Team Management/supervision is desirable Have ambitious and the drive to progress there career
