Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accurate compilation of financial accounting information
• To ensure accounting information adheres to standard accounting policies and legislation
• Ensure accurate recording of the Company's balance sheet and profit and loss account
• Prepare statutory accounts
• Staff management including the ongoing support and development of junior members of staff
• Drive process improvements and develop best practice procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Hold a fully recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Has 2+ years experience in a similar, financial accounting role Have experience of working in a large business environment Have a good working knowledge of accounting standards, policies and procedures Team Management/supervision is desirable Have ambitious and the drive to progress there career
